Beacon Peace 2025 July Summary August Launch Meeting

As the company entered the second half of 2025, Beacon Peace held a July summary and August kick-off meeting in the first week of August. The purpose was to review the achievements and shortcomings of the past month, set goals for the new month, and boost team morale.

At the beginning of the meeting, the Finance Department prepared a fun and relaxing game to liven up the atmosphere and promote interaction among the team. This game helped everyone relax and reduce tension, while also enhancing interdepartmental understanding and cooperation, creating a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for the rest of the meeting.

In July, the sales department faced significant challenges but also achieved encouraging results. Sales Director Winsa reviewed the sales performance at a meeting, highlighting the month-on-month increase in sales. This growth was attributed to the successful launch of new products and a targeted marketing strategy. In particular, the company's strong follow-up with existing customers has garnered increased attention for the Beacon Peace brand.

The Supply Chain Management Department also gave a detailed report during the meeting. Department Head Rosy reviewed July's work, focusing on progress in supply chain optimization. Despite challenges such as price fluctuations and shipping delays, the Supply Chain Management Department successfully maintained a stable supply and on-time delivery through advance planning and close communication with suppliers. The department also proposed new strategies, including further consolidating supplier resources and optimizing inventory management to ensure greater flexibility in response to demand fluctuations.

She emphasized that for August, the Supply Chain Department plans to strengthen collaboration with partners to promote more efficient supply chain collaboration, ensure on-time production and delivery of the company's products, and support the achievement of the company's overall business goals.

The Finance Department's presentation focused on July's financial performance and cash management. Department Head Cherry presented a detailed overview of the previous month's financial report, noting that revenue and expenditure were in line with expectations, with significant progress made in cost control. Furthermore, the Finance Department strengthened liquidity management to ensure timely funding needs for various businesses.

For August, the Finance Department plans to further optimize budget control, enhance financial transparency, and strengthen collaboration with other departments to ensure the efficient use of the company's funds. They will also introduce new automated tools into the financial system to support the company's future expansion and financial health.

At the end of the meeting, General Manager Vivi delivered a concluding speech. He fully recognized the achievements of all departments in July and thanked everyone for their hard work.
